The Maxwell Method of Sales Impact

Sales requires influence, and in the Maxwell Method of Sales Impact program, your sales team will be positioned for increasing sale by learning how to leverage a prospect’s buying style.

After completing our Sales Impact Report, participants will bring their personal results to this two-hour workshop, where both new and seasoned sales professionals will learn their selling style, their strengths and how to maximize them, as well as their challenges and how to overcome them. Participants will learn the keys to recognizing their prospect’s buying style and the 5-point strategy to improving sales with each of the four primary buying styles.

Sales Managers will be provided with the Sales Leadership Impact Report which provides insight to motivate and maximize each Sales Professional based on their unique selling style.


The Maxwell Method of Communication Impact

Increase your team’s ability to deliver great results as they learn about their communication style and how to recognize and work with the styles of others.

Each participant will take a 10 to 15-minute online assessment prior to the workshop and will bring their results to our Communication Impact Workshop. In the two-hour workshop, they will discover their communication style, how it shows up in the workplace and how they can discover and leverage the communication style of their teammates. Participants will learn the five connecting practices to move from simply communicating to connecting.

By participating in this workshop, your team will have a clear plan of action for maximizing collaboration to increase performance and results. Helping individual members of your team understand how to contribute their unique talents toward the overall goal of teamwork and collaboration will bring out the best in them, increase their productivity and boost morale.
